Combining warm-up exercises, Daoist 5 Yin Style and other Qi Gong traditions based on each week's participants. $10

Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm.

Meditation open, ongoing group - drop in welcome

A variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques of various traditions and using the latest in neuroscience to bring quietude, healing and stress reduction. No experience necessary. $10 or included with cost of Qi Gong class.

Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm.

Winter 2014

Qi Gong open, ongoing class - drop in welcome

Combining warm-up exercises, Daoist 5 Yin Style and other Qi Gong traditions based on each week's participants. $10 drop in, $5 discount for monthly payment.

Wednesday afternoons, 2-3pm.

 

Past Class Series:

Qi Gong - Exercises for Vital Organ Health and Strengthening 

Daoist 5 Yin Style exercises from Chinese medicine for health recovery and maintenance. Gentle movements done slowly in sets for increasing all types of circulation. This set focuses on internal organs and metabolism. No experience necessary.

Tuesday evenings. 11-wk series starting Sept. 16th, 2014    $10 drop-in, $95 series

Qi Gong - Exercises for Overall Balance & Building Vitality

Yin-style Bagua exercises from Chinese medicine for health. Gentle movements done slowly in sets for increasing all types of circulation and joint loosening. Focus on longevity and awareness. No experience necessary.

Thursday mornings. 10-wk series starting Sept. 18th, 2014    $10 drop-in, $85 series
